«Meditation» is the technique proven by many cultures to focus conscious attention on one’s own consciousness processes
in order to gain insights into the innermost connections of human nature and its «Immortality».
Immortality in the form of Reincarnation is a mostly accepted and researched thesis and is not only considered a dream of mankind. The meditation method that I teach, proves this faith which prevails through all cultures, regardless of ideologies and religions with confirmation experiences and makes it existentially experienceable. My »Philosophy of Immortality«, is established on the ground of this experience-based empirical science, in which the «cosmic reality of infinity» is reflected.
I do not know any original text about meditation, Yoga or Ayurveda that does not refer to «Immortality and Infinity». Sri Yogi Hari, a living Master, writes in his book “Hatha Yoga Pradipika” (Light on Hatha Yoga): «The lineage of the “Siddhas”, the accomplished masters, clearly state in their tradition that with Hatha Yoga immortality can be attained, and therefore Hatha Yoga is a complete system with which oneness can be attained with the supreme.» The fact that it really enables the attainment of physical immortality is evident from the classical Tamil scriptures of the “Yoga Siddhas”, which emphasize this difference to the “only spiritually” immortal yogis with their self-designation as “Siddhas”. We should take such statements seriously when we turn to yoga and meditation, especially when you come from living masters like Yogi Hari:
“Once you have reached the highest state of perfection,
fully identified with your divine, immortal self, you have gone beyond death.”
“When you reach the level at which you have exhausted the knowledge of the ordinary teachers, you can connect with the Cosmic Spirit and get inspiration and knowledge from the masters who cross the universe and help other people.”
In the teachings of living Taoists and Kriya Yogis, I discovered »techniques of youthfulness, longevity, and immortality«, which are also still around us by the late Christian Gnostics of the 20th Century where they can be found if you understand the secret language. The Alchemists in the context of Christianity had to hide their secrets a long time before the church, and subsequently have no more been taken seriously from science and the general public, they also possessed the secrets of eternal youth, longevity, and immortality. Read the latest advances to this topic on my web page »Alchemy«. Even the Chinese Taoists have chosen a veiled description which could be interpreted only under the guidance of a master.
These techniques describe a way of life that runs completely differently than we’re used to. Yet nothing mysterious or incomprehensible it is to be found. Western Science has provided evidence of the great potential of these techniques, from various study results of long-term meditators and Tai Chi and Kung Fu masters.
To make this knowledge accessible to all people, it needs a renewal of the teaching methods of earlier ages. After many years of searching, trying out and comparing the many different methods and techniques, I created a »Study Program« which explains the knowledge of the »Golden Flower« on a scientific basis but easy to understand and shows how we can apply it in modern life.
Please read my »Short Instruction« to the Secret of the Golden Flower.
Understandably, still very few people free of concerns and full of joy, want to live a long life. Most of them are optimistic and successful individuals who would like to live longer in order to deepen their strong intellectual and spiritual interests and continue to live a meaningful life. The majority, however, experience aging as a loss of energy and vitality, even if they neither miss good health or material things. This can be lived differently.
A silent agreement says that at some point we will be pulled out of circulation through a defect of our body.
We are in no way prepared for a life of indestructibility, even though our body is designed for it.
This website presents a livable alternative.
Reliable witness accounts repeatedly provide evidence and testimonies of people who are said to have lived for an unusually long period of time. Even the Bible in the Old Testament talks about men almost a thousand years old; from Adam up to Noah’s sons, the majority have become over 900 years old. Numbers are usually subject to any translation errors. In the eastern records of yoga teachings from India and Tibet, there are indications of significantly longer lifetimes of 20,000 – 80,000 years. This seems utterly absurd, and yet in every yoga script I know is written, that we can achieve immortality. Why is this ignored when all other explanations have been confirmed?
The overpopulation as the main argument against immortality is unnecessary for two reasons: first, not everybody is enabled and determined to achieve this goal its physical body form, since it needs also in character the best and noblest prerequisites for achieving this state of vitality; and secondly, immortals usually give birth to no more children.
For me, one of the great mysteries of human history is the fact that most people spend their lives in partial slavery, and little room remains for self-determination unless they go to the edge of our society. Again and again, a few powerful and wealthy families and individuals supported by advertising and other media are capable to exploit and make dependent all the others. Totalitarian governments use repression, death threats, and murder, western democracies, and global corporations are caused by the same monopolists to ensure unemployment, public debt, and inflation. Perhaps they are also responsible for the loss of our immortality? In this environment, it is still very difficult to exemplify more humane ways of living and to pass it.
Nevertheless, it seems to me that a positive rethinking starts to happen globally. Since the revolutions in the Arab world and the protests from the impoverished American and European population, hope grows, that the old tyrant must relinquish one day. Finally, many people are re-thinking about what makes life really worth living: a life based on a regardful approach to nature and fellow human beings based on a spiritual bond with the divine and the entire creation, with politically and economically guaranteed freedom and dignity.
A constantly growing number of spiritually interested people consider the possibility to live forever.
This shift in paradigm has taken place in the last two decades and has developed as a new worldview (paradigm) in many gradations and established, an indication of the coming changes that were predicted by many prophets.
What I want to help shape, is a more human-friendly and life-friendly attitude of all individuals who want to create a new world with a new policy, a more sustainable economy and a form of money serving the human being.
This knowledge I would like to pass on in my study program »Consciousness and Meditation«
to a small circle of seriously interested people.
With kind regards
